Our Intro Packages
Intro packages start on the date of your first booking. Both classes must be used within 2 weeks of the first booking.
Each pack has its own expiry date, please make note of this before purchasing.
What class should I book?
We ask all new clients to start with a Reformer Fundamentals class to introduce you to the equipment, how it works and to learn the foundation moves. Even if you’ve done Mat Pilates before, the Reformer works differently, and learning how to use the machine safely and effectively will make every class after that feel much more enjoyable. Fundamentals gives you time to get comfortable with the equipment, understand the basics, and build confidence before you move into one of the faster paced sessions.
What Happens in Your First Session
Arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the studio and the equipment.
We’ll go through the basics of how the Reformer works (or mat exercises, if that’s what you choose).
The session is small ( 7 clients in a reformer class), supportive, and paced to make sure you feel confident.
