Reformer Classes
Reformer: Fundamentals
The perfect place to start.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, navigating a health condition, or returning to movement after an injury, this is your space. We keep things down-to-earth and supportive, introducing you to the Reformer at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll learn how the equipment works while building a solid foundation of core strength, mobility, and confidence. There’s no pressure to "already be fit"—just come as you are.
Best for: Beginners and anyone wanting a steady, focused session.
Reformer: Align
Find your rhythm.
Once you’re comfortable with the basics, Align helps you deepen your practice. In these mixed-level sessions, we focus on the "why" behind the movement—building better control, precision, and functional strength. Our teachers use their deep experience to offer layers for every exercise, ensuring you’re challenged in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
Best for: Those who know the fundamentals and are ready to build consistency.
Reformer: Energise
Purposeful movement, deeper flow.
In Energise, we pick up the pace. Because everyone in this class has a solid understanding of the Reformer, we spend less time on setup and more time in motion. We utilise the full range of the studio equipment from the Reformer to the Chair to create fluid, varied sequences that build endurance and steadiness. It’s about using your experience and our expert guidance to move with more energy and flow.
Best for: Regular clients who feel confident with the Reformer and want a more continuous, active session.
Note: We recommend attending at least five Align classes before joining.
Reformer: Flow and Strength
The full studio experience.
This is where our teachers’ comprehensive training really shines. In these sessions, we explore the full range of Pilates equipment—including the Chair, Tower, and Spine Corrector—alongside the Reformer. Some weeks might focus on slow, heavy resistance for deep strength; others might feel more like a contemporary sequence of movements. It’s a creative, varied, and knowledgeable approach to Pilates that keeps your body and mind engaged.
Best for: Experienced clients looking for variety and a deeper exploration of the Pilates method.
Note: We ask that you attend at least five Energise classes before joining.
Mat Classes
Mat Pilates
The foundation of the Pilates method.
Our Mat Pilates classes are the heart of our studio. These sessions focus on using your own body weight to build functional strength, mobility, and a deeper connection to how you move. We believe Pilates is for every body, so our teachers offer layers and modifications for every exercise, ensuring you feel supported whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner.
What to expect: A welcoming, down-to-earth environment where the focus is on quality of movement rather than perfection. Because our teachers are comprehensively trained, you can expect a session that is both safe and purposeful.
A note on our weekly rhythm: While all our mat classes are mixed-level and open to everyone, our Monday and Wednesday sessions tend to move with a slightly more active rhythm and flow. Our other sessions offer a steadier, more grounded pace.
Mat Pilates: Apprentice Session
Supportive movement at a community price.
These sessions are led by Rose, our talented apprentice teacher, as she completes the final practical hours of her professional Pilates qualification. These classes offer the same welcoming Moor Pilates experience at a lower price point, acknowledging that Rose is still in the final stages of her training journey.
What to expect: A classic Mat Pilates session delivered with care and enthusiasm. By joining this class, you are not only supporting your own health but also helping to mentor the next generation of comprehensively trained teachers.
Who it is for: Everyone is welcome. This is a great option for those looking for a high-quality, accessible way to incorporate Pilates into their weekly routine.
